To twist the old adage, “an ounce of consultation is worth a pound of data”. This works best if we talk before your experiments, but we’re happy to discuss things afterward also. Remember, we are experts on our instrumentation, but you are the expert on your sample; we may not be able to interpret your data for you, but we can at least help you understand what the instrument is saying.
